    Who we are

    LogBooks Hub is made by ReflowAI, a small UK software company based in Tunbridge Wells and a member of NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA's programme for startups building with AI. Our background is compliance software for public services and larger organisations. LogBooks Hub takes what works there and makes it simple and affordable for a cafe, a pub, a nursery or a corner shop.

    What we believe

    • Records should be quick to keep. If a check takes longer than the job it records, it will be skipped or filled in later.
    • Records should be easy to trust. Named, timestamped entries with photos stand up far better than ticks in a diary.
    • Pricing should be plain. From £30 a month, no setup fees, no long contracts.
    • Guidance should be honest. Our guides say when something is law and when it is good practice, and link to the official source.

    How we work with you

    You can set up an account yourself in a few minutes, choose the logbooks that fit your business and invite your team. If you get stuck, email us and a real person in the UK replies. Your records stay yours: you can export an audit pack for any date range whenever you want, whether that is for an inspection, an insurer or your own monthly review.
