What a normal day looks like
When you open in the morning, the checks due today are waiting on the phone or tablet behind the counter: opening checks, fridge and freezer temperatures, cleaning tasks. Staff tap through each one, type the reading and, where it helps, take a photo. Every entry is saved with the person's name and the time, so nobody has to remember to fill in a diary at the end of the week.
If a check is missed, LogBooks Hub sends a reminder, and you can set rules so a manager is told when a critical check has not been done. If a reading is out of range, staff flag it and a corrective action is created, so you can see who is dealing with it and when it was put right.
