What it costs in practice
The base plan covers one site and two users for £30 a month, or £300 a year. You add sites and users only when you need them. Using the prices above:
- A cafe where the owner and one member of staff complete the checks: £30 a month.
- A pub with four people completing checks (two extra users): £40 a month.
- Two sites with three users in total (one extra site, one extra user): £55 a month.
Every plan includes all 90+ logbooks, photo evidence, reminders, corrective actions, audit pack exports, and the iPhone and Android apps. There are no setup fees and no long contracts, and paying annually works out at two months free.

How does annual billing work?
You're billed once per year and save the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. You can cancel before renewal with no penalty.
